During this 12 module program you will:
Module 1– Identify your vision and purpose in life and career.
In this session we will cover how to get a long range view of the ideal vision that’s just right for you. So often we are connected to the vision and purpose that others want for us or we don’t know what that vision could be. Without our vision and purpose we simply go around in circles filtering out what isn’t what we want which is time consuming! Let’s just cut to the chase and get it clear so you can create the career and business you want!
Module 2– Prepare your mindset, challenge limiting beliefs and prepare yourself for feeling in control.
Personal Branding takes a certain amount of motivation. The feeling of helplessness and holding back will not serve you well. Personal Branding is all about creating more choices for you so that you have more control over your life to do the work you like doing with the people you like doing it with. This module about preparing you to open your radar to the opportunities that lie ahead and being open to new possibilities!
Module 3– Identity- Who are you?
During this module we’ll talk about what makes us unique and our personality. Have a sense of who you are, your strengths and how other perceive you is an important part of branding. Whilst we’re not aware of our type we don’t have choice… ignorance is bliss perhaps! But when we have conscious awareness of who we are we have a way to adapt and connect with others by recognising their type. I will also show you how to identify 4 different types when working with others so you can adjust your approach.
Module 4– Values- What’s important to you in the work you do?
Values are those things that make the day go fast. Some we’re conscious of, some we’re not. By assessing your values means you can communicate your message and what you want clearly. Conscious awareness of them give us confidence and support our self esteem so not only do we know what we’ll say yes to, but what we’ll say no to. Values help us connect with others and to choose the right clients and organisations we want to work with. In this session you’ll gain a deeper understanding of these and where they need to go in your communications.
Module 5– Identify your asset base, saleability and marketability. Someone, somewhere is looking for you!
You have an asset base of skills, networks, tasks and abilities that can be sold in exchange for money. That’s called a job or a business! My experience has been that most people don’t always know what you can do so opportunities don’t come their way. This leads to frustration and disappointment that you’re not being recognised, nor achieving your potential. I will help you define what that asset base is and create your inventory list ready for market!
Module 6– Get your time management under control to focus on leveraging your brand.
There are 86400 seconds in a day. How are you spending yours on what you need to? Your ability to achieve results has an impact on your brand and how other see you. I have delivered efficiency and effectiveness training and coaching to some of Australia’s largest blue-chip organisations. I will share my tips and tricks to gain your time back to get the results you want!
Module 7– Explore your image and style, learning colours and styling that is best suited to support your personal branding goals.
Could your dress standards be subconsciously sabotaging your progress? My mother always told me to dress for the job you want, not the job you’ve got and I’ve been promoted in every job I’ve had. As a retail fashion buyer and over 10 years in the industry dressing male and female executives I’m going to share some of my tips and tricks that are easy and affordable to implement. You could do these tomorrow!
Module 8– Discover your Touch Points and build your professionalism for them to amplify your brand.
Imagine you have walked into the airport to check-in, customer service greet you and ask where you’re going. You get your boarding pass and head through security. When your flight is called you board the plane, the flight attendant greets you by your name on your boarding pass and tells you which side of the plane… all with a smile. Each of these experiences are touch points. In this module you’ll identify your touch points when colleagues or clients are working with you. We’ll also cover your online reputation. Greatness is doing lots of small things well and this unit is all about getting the little things just right.
Module 9– Learn the power of positioning with your LinkedIn profile. I’ll show you how to get your profile in the top 1% of profiles viewed.
Of all the things I do in my work, writing positioning statements is my absolute favourite. With over 250 million people on LinkedIn, this site is the way to get found and to get in front of the right people. If you’re in business to business sales or looking to progress your career, this is the site you need to be on. What most people think LinkedIn is for your resume. If you have this mindset then you’ll always get what you’ve had. LinkedIn is a search engine and a tool to get found. It’s the most highly leveraged personal branding tool there is! We’ve been writing search engine optimised profiles for over 5 years so this module is going to show you the techniques we use to get a top 1% viewed LinkedIn profile. I’ll also show you my secret positioning matrix I use with all my clients to capture the reader in 4 seconds flat!
Module 10– Identify how market yourself to the max so that people are knocking down your door!
Do you hate selling yourself? Whilst week 8 is all about getting found, this week is all about how to make targeted approaches to ideal clients or employers without seeming pushy. I’ll show you how to create your plan so you make a great first impression yet in a way that is natural and easy for you. I have trained hundreds of people in this approach and they get the jobs and clients they want just by using a few simple techniques. All the previous weeks have led to this point, now let’s fire!
Module 11– The road ahead- how to adapt your brand as you change over a lifetime.
Personal Branding isn’t concrete. It changes as we move jobs, change industries or change client base. In this session I’ll show you what need to to continue to keep your branding nice and clear for your ideal customer so when times change you know what you need to do!
